The company wanted to leverage MS Dynamics CRM and .Net as strategic technology platform for their core customer facing business applications, Their regulatory and business requirements demanded low cost, rapid development and very aggressive support SLA’s for down and recovery time.

We implemented their customer facing portal using Dynamics CRM and did entity customizations as well added new entities for healthcare domain, We also used CRM webservice to integrate CRM application to their custom applications.
